Scattered thoughts from Daniel 7

Daniel 7:7  After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Daniel 7:8  I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Diversity from “Little Horn?” Daniel 7:12  As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. Dominion taken away???? Dominion of the Little fat man? Daniel 7:25  And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Great words and not under a govt “Maybe Schaeffer?” {Rebuking the saints and not affecting policy in government! His perspective was right, but not in affiliation with the Church under government.} Don’t think God wasn’t speaking to me before the end of the kingdom of Belshazzar. It was a grievous time. But God used that grievous time to prepare me for the ultimate end of that kingdom and the beginning of an even more grievous kingdom, which I had no background in their culture and people perspective. Says Daniel. The Holy Spirit helped me by putting the present circumstances in the context of a worse time that would come in a time where Godliness and Babylon came to an apex, in the future. An aside:The dominions are the strengths and abilities that are able to be held under the harness of the Church. Daniel wouldn’t have seen the things of the kingdom that weren’t under Christ. Daniel would not have seen the things that God intends to burn in the fire. Only those things of Babylon that were under the anvil of construction by the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is why I believe they are Christians and people that have affected us in this present age. Little Big Horn? A little fat man that has ability to make things happen? Loves Jesus and uses his resources for the glory of God, but will tolerate no “diversity?” Does God use this because the church had become unicultural? Psalm 39 seems the heart perspective of a Christian with all of this light in an ungodly society, namely Daniel I think it is very providential to go there after Daniel 7.
